Mod Request - Hardcore Combat in a Normal Save

Would anyone be able to add a mod that carries the combat changes from hardcore into a normal save? I haven't finished my first playthrough yet but I would really like to try the more realistic combat of hardcore with no indicators.

'No combat UI' mods for Normal have been around since release. There's some on Nexus mods and instructions on how to make a user config file to disable UI.

As far as the changes HC made to combat parameters, those are already incorporated into mods like Aggressive Combat AI and others.
