I love the challenge that the Bad Back hardcore perk adds to the game, but it would be even better if the carry capacity reduction applied to the horse and saddles as well. It could be 50%, or maybe have a few different options. The economy is broken largely due to being able to gobble up loot everywhere Henry goes and selling it later. None of the current carry weight reduction mods on Nexus work well with the Bad Back perk, so we need something that addresses the horse's carrying capacity on its own. Cheers!
