How to give Vanilla Squads weapons from mods?

Does anyone have a tutorial or way to give Vanilla Squads the weapons that Modded squads have?

Modders determine who can access modded weapons.
If you cannot find the weapon in the equipment tab, then the modder doesn't suppose so.

Is there a tutorial for how to edit mods so I can give everyone the weapons?

go to the mod directory, there should be ./equipment/***.xml
