2. A better way to place doors is to just place them on top of the walls (without an actual hole in the wall). They will cut into the walls once the game starts and leave a perfect fit.
3. If you need to place doors on an angled wall, either use #2, or place them horizontally first, then rotate both wall+door as you see fit.
