Any mod to change the UI color?

The UI used to be just white marble, perfect for any country, back when they did that rework patch they put giant RED banners everywhere. That fits if you play Rome like some generic loser, but I never intend to play Rome. That's like playing France or some ♥♥♥♥ in EU4, just eugh.

Anyway, is there any mod that removes those banners? Restores the old marble? Or at least lets you change their color?
