Questions from a new player about mods

1. Any easier ways to acquire modded heroes than just forcing myself through the game's trials so they can spawn in Stagecoach (if there is a mod for this to simply skip a day, that'll be nice)
2. Downloaded only 1 custom hero mod today, only updated since 2023, havent seen them for like 10 turns, so I'm guessing old mods are broken?
3. why is there so much anime (thankful of the devs for showcasing the normal ones in the official news)

1 some class mods also have related mod that’s gives you a “free hero” in events but is also RNG and this is the closest mod you can get in relation to a time skip

2 maybe but it’s not 100% that the mod is broken check, can’t really say since I don’t know the mod

3 because it’s popular and people like, and official showcases stopped 4 years ago.

Nevermind, I just realized that:
1. Recruit and kick out all heroes from stagecoach
2. Use a hero I don't like, send him out alone, get him in a fight, retreat- for some reason it counts as time passed when he abandons quest.
3. Profit (Finally found the modded hero)

if you want a quick way to skip a week w/o any specific mod, as long as you didn't finish DD3 quest, you can send one person to the DD quest and retreat right away. Due to the DD missions being weird it'll count as a week passing even tho you didn't do anything on that quest.
