Edit: Oh. That was it.
Anyway, I'd be more comfortable repurposing Swizzler's assets - SW:EaW models are of superior quality compared to this stuff, after all. :P
However, it's a good bet that those models would already be ready for use in EaW, and that'd need professional software to be of any use to me.

Home One in SR2[www.olynick.net]
Also, Republic? I hope that's the New Republic... ;P
If only we had fighters to put in them... I still hope for that in a DLC or expansion.
I've split the original TUF shipset into Empire and Republic/Rebels shipsets. The Rebels were basically a downtrodden continuation of the Republic anyways and they used a lot of old Republic era designs for their fleet. Techincally, something like the Home One wouldn't be available to the Old Republic but it's a compromise.
The original TUF shipset was pretty light on suitable ships for the Republic/Rebels, so I've been busy fleshing out their stable of ships from other sources. They now have a pretty good selection and I think I've covered most of the major bases (aside from fighters). I admit, the quality is a little inconsistent as I have go with what I can make work in a reasonable fashion (some of the amazing EaW-Re models are simply too much work to convert in even a "good enough for now" fashion) but some of them are, in my opinion, pretty amazing looking in game. That image is down-res'd from the screenshot I took and I think it looks even better in-game.
This whole exercise has forced me to get much better acquainted with Blender. I'm having to do some UV and poly work on some models to patch things up a bit. Things are not going to be without their issues yet (for now at least), but I'm concentrating on covering bases before I get too obsessive about texture details, etc.
