I have problems installing the Downpour DLC, please help.

The mods have not been applied due to the following error: Sharing violation on path C:/Program Files (x86)/Steam/steamapps/common/Rain

Are you subscribed to any community mods?

I am not subscribed,
Rain World then bought the DLC and it asked me to apply the mods in Remix but I got that error

Have you tried doing a full reinstall by removing Rain World from the Steam folder then verifying the game?

The Rain World folder is typically located at C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Rain World. Just delete, rename, or move that folder then use Steam to verify the files through Steam.
