Playing Reforged Eden 2

Playing Reforged Eden 2 for the first time. I am not seeing any creatures or wildlife on planets. Anyone else having this?

It depends on what planet you started on. Not all have wildlife.

That said, there are numerous AI bugs in the game. You can report issues for RE2 following this process here: https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/workshop/filedetails/discussion/3143225812/4351116536714755135/

if you spawned the scenario in creative mode that can happen as well

The latest update seemed to have created this bug for the Star Salvage Reborn scenario. No spiders, dinos or enemies on the Temperate Junkyard planets where they definitely should be. I took the RE2 EGroupsConfig.ecf, removed all RE2 specific entries and put it in my scenario folder for Salvage. (Hope you don't mind me fiddling with this.) It seemed to have fixed the no animals bug for me.
