Go back a save or two?

Go to one of the other starter planet moons. It will have a duplicate of the titan parts in the event you salvaged them.
In future, all dialog-capable story POIs will be made indestructible since a change in 1.8 permanently disables dialogs on the POI if a player sticks a core in the POI at any point.
So don't stick a core in it either or else the consoles won't react if you try to access them; even if you remove the core.

Ima fire up RE here pretty soon again. I have to get an ESI the 18th of this month and waiting for some relief so i can relax a little better to enjoy gaming more.

I'm also stuck. Have the keycard but no idea how to power the console. Says something about an emergency energy cell - but what does it really need?

What did you use to power your vessel to get to the moon?

Dual fuel cells, I tried a dual fuel cell in my inventory but it still didn't give me a new option to power the console.

Fuel cells - you may have used a duel fuel cell but the clue is fuel cell. All you need to do is to remove 1 fuel cell from your tank!
