Where can i get this? I find it once in a great while but its like 2 or 3 at a time. I need like 60

okay ichecked the PDA, so i basically have to search for them in the kirax empire planets? thats pretty damn far away....

Yeah, its ironically a lot more annoying to get than platinum is.

It also show up on the new Tesch controlled planets (specifically barren I believe). There should be about 7 deposits/veins per planet

You can also find it in lesser quantities in the Wastelands.

Hostile Territory, Barren/Barren Metal Planet, Methane or Toxic Moons. They're not hard to find. But watch out for patrol vessels.
