Sniper weapon Idea: "One-hit Wonder"
Slot: Primary

Pros: +100% Critical chance on fully charged shots
+100% Mini-crits on 50% charged shots
+15% Damage bonus on fully charged shots

Cons: -80% Charge time
-20% Movement speed penalty
-50% Scoped movement penalty

This is a sniper that absolutely requires you to stay zoomed in, it takes a long time to charge, but packs one hell of a punch at full capacity, even body shots against an overhealed heavy would crumble them down, the movement speed makes it harder to escape if rushed down suddenly, and it really embodies the whole "camping" aspect of a sniper(Surprising I know) it most likely will be the loudest sniper, trying to commit to sniping will render you vulnerable though, but if your team is good at spy checking, then you don't have much to worry about. Still I'd consider this a situational/iffy weapon idea at best.

So you could deal 500 damage body shots with no incentive to headshot?
Assuming you can fully charge it, sure.

That's the main reason it has a slow charge time, it hits for a lot, but it takes a while to charge, and unlike the bazaar bargain it won't gain charge rate per kill.
Still some annoying crutch weapon that is going to be annoying to fight and annoying to play against imo
It might technically be balanced or even bad but that’s not going to make it fun to fight
Well there's only one way to find out, and that's testing it.
No there’s not, it’s using ur 2 brain cells

If you say so buddy.
wouldn't it be +80% charge time? -80% would be faster.
then it would be +400% i think
Is that how it works?

I always thought negative charge time meant it took longer to fully charge.
You’re confusing charge time and charge rate

Damn, that explains a lot-
