THERMOCLINES AND HOW DO i KNOW WHEN I GET THERE.

I've been wondering how do I know I'm in a thermocline or is there any discussions with the development team to add the instrumentation to the lineup in the future. I have nearly 7000 hrs at the helm and would like to be able to use something that the game tells you about but, not how to use.

In game, you know you are in the thermocline when you hover your mouse over the detection icon and see "Shadowzone".

When playing with detection icon off, you have to guess. It's realistic as well, kind off. The Germans did not have any bathythermograph on board to detect water temperature and salinty changes. They had to take water samples and manually analyse them.
