In the game U-BOAT, when the captain dies and we promote a new officer to the rank of captain, the promoted officer wears a unique uniform — the captain's outfit. I would really like to make this uniform available to all officers, not just the captain.

Is it possible to unlock or make this uniform selectable for other officers as well? Is there a mod that allows this? Or can it be done somehow?

I have tried creating a micro-mod myself, but I ran into difficulties. The game files seem to be either encrypted or too complex for me, as I don't have prior modding experience. If there's a way to make this captain's uniform selectable for all crew members or at least other officers, I would truly appreciate it. It would be a great addition for immersion and customization.
