You need pentaxid in your pentaxid tank, your shield needs to be turned on, and your ship cannot be docked to anything else.

Pentadix full, ship not docked, shields on, I've been playing for at least a couple of years, I know how it works. The problem appeared a couple of weeks ago, I can't fix it, it's unplayable like this

Did you accidentally turn off your shield?
The default hot key is X which is really easy to hit by accident.

Maybe try writing a bug report on the official forms as that's probably going to get a faster response than here. Probably be helpful if you uploaded your save game for them to look at too when you make your report.
I've never heard of this happening before and it not being one of those reasons I had listed above.

The X button is not active but I still activated and deactivated the shield several times without changing anything. How and where I can open a ticket, I've never had to do it before

Again though I've never heard of anyone else having this issue where it didn't involve those things. Assuming you're playing just the default game, of course.

Absolutely yes, the game is the one downloaded from Origin, no mods or anything else. Yesterday there was an update, the shield now recharges completely but blocks have disappeared from my ship, I tried to insert new ones in their place but it's as if there were ghost blocks, that space is no longer usable. I wrote to support@empyriongame.com, I await their news

As far as I'm aware Origin does not officially sell Empyrion, but Steam thinks you own it on Steam so I assume you actually are using the Steam install of it?
Either way, hope they can help you. Would be interested in hearing what the solution is if you find one in case others have the same issue in the future.

Since you've confirmed you're playing it on Steam, when you mention "no mods or anything" you also mean you're not playing workshop scenarios, right? Sometimes updates to a scenario can make some balance changes like nerfing shields or something and if you have your shields recharged prior to the change that may lead to a weird behaviour, just a thought.

Hello, just to be fair I explain, I bought the game from steam, I connected to an unofficial server, in my case an Italian one, I didn't do anything else. If the Server I connect to has a mod, I don't know, but I see that as the official updates arrive the Italian Server also updates to the same version. I have not received news from the email sent to support but I can say that at the moment it is no longer happening, after the last update the shields load correctly, no other blocks have disappeared but... Where there were those blocks or that equipment gone, I can't install anything anymore, I had to modify the ship to be able to use it

If you're playing on a server and encounter issues you'll need to contact the server admin for assistance. It's impossible to know what they may have changed or what custom scenario they are running, if any.
99% chance it's something caused by that server.

This happend wenn the Server has Mods on it and the Admin make changes, thats no Prob with the game but with the Server

Tonight it happened again, shields dropped to 38% in one shot and no longer recharge. Yet this afternoon I played a lot and I had no problems. I realized that something was wrong because the enemy ship had a 212% shield so I approached slowly, if I hadn't been cautious I would have lost the ship,,,

and what is the bug report doing here? In all reforded scenarios it says that you should only report bugs to Elon if you have them in vanilla, sorry but the bug has no place here because it does not affect the vanilla game.
