RE2 Beta - Decay (AKA Progenitor) Space

I understand that this portion of the game is being reworked, but is it possible to get to decay space without cheating, and is there anything there if I do go (cheating or otherwise).

Playing single player BTW...

You can't, and there's nothing there worth going for either.
In fact since I kept having people cheat their way there (or playing on a server that let them go there) and then complaining about it, I added a warning message now if you enter Decay telling you that yes, it is not finished and no, there's nothing valuable there for you.
