Frame skipping does not turn on

In tModLoader with mods everything moves very slowly for me. I know that it is because of disabled frame skipping, but in the settings I can not enable frame skipping. The switch simply does not work. What to do? What could cause this?

Could be a mod you have installed that auto disables frame skipping due to compatibility issues

Gonna have to disable mods one by one to figure out the problem
