Loading Screen Stuck on 90%

So when i start Stormworks it will load fine until i make a new game .Now it has been a wile since i played so it may be somthing i dont know and i have tride reinstalling the game.

yeah that has happened to me to i just leave the game open untill it loads in i have one of the fasts ssd and it take about 5 to 15 mins to load in and its bc of the mods thats why it takes so long to load in
