help to create a mod please

If you mean you want to have all the DLC for free, that's not possible,.

hi, no I have all the SD2 DLC I would like to create a mod that can unlock all the units, and to put unlimited ammunition for vanilla battles

there was a creator who made it but he didn't update it

hence my question to know how to create a mod of this type I am a novice but I can still manage a minimum
