AG Commandpoint increase
i want to make a Mod or ask someone to make a Mod to increase the Commandpoints in Army General so you can place the Divisions, Regiments etc. the point were is was unlocked.

I find the Files that could change it but the only way to edit them ist the MOODING TOOLS that cant be found on Steam.

Pls Help :(
