Have Mods been Fixed yet?

As it says, have mods been fixed for the new patch yet? Or how can I tell if a mod will work. None of the increased population limit mods I have seen seem to work anymore.

Sorry to necro an old post but I've got the same problem, downloaded some mods from the workshop none of them show in he game and the steam workshop tab is grayed out and I can't click it. Do you remember if you found a way to get mods to work?

It was weird, some of them do work now, some don't. There doesn't appear to be any reason for which do work and which don't though. I'm still baffled. lol.
