Is there an ingame editor mod?

Im surprised I haven't seen anything that lets you cheat and edit troops or materials. I want to just mess around with a few things

There is an in-game cheat menu already, no mods required.

Problem is those cheats disable pantheon rewards.

There was a CheatEngine table that basically did what OP is looking for but the guy who made it lost interest in AoW4 over a year ago and it's now very broken...
