Mod not updating

Hello,
I created a test mod which modifies a unit's property. It worked and I could notice changes in game. Now I'm trying to modify it but no changes are made. I even removed the mod from my playlist yet the mod still "works".
It's really frustrating I think it's related with One Drive problem. Did Paradox sort the issue?

unfortunate no one ever answered, I'm in the same boat.

I updated an existing mod with my own values and tried to save and build the new mod. I'm able to add the new mod to my playlist but I can see that nothing has changed.

I have the new rpk loaded and saved and pressed the build selection though I'm not sure if it actually built. But I don't see my changes reflected when I add the mod to my playlist and test it in game.
