mods not working

I got strange problem: no one texture can load. when i try to launch game, it says: missing race editor limits file for race

All races have an editor limits file, which determines their slider values in character creation. Sounds like you have a mod adding a race that is missing one. So either you're missing a dependency, or should probably contact the author of the mod to see if they can resolve it.
