so i been trying to figure out how to mod and i wanted stellaris to be my first one i do. im wanna start off creating a species of my race i wanna do called Virelian. but everytime i look it up on how to do it. i get mixed answer for it. i was wondering if anyone can tell me how to set it up nice and proper like.(this is my first time im doing this and asking for help, so bear with me. ngl i dont even know if i posting this correctly)
