House Street Names

I was just wondering if there is a mod anywhere that has the houses the same names as the street with a house number in its title? e.g. 13 Dover Street or anything like that. Thanks!

I have not heard of such a thing, but one can rename anything in game that one wants. It might also be better to ask such a question in the General Discussions forum for a better answer.
