Does a mod exist about individual public services building budget ? For exemple a school in a suburb don't need the same capacity and affected area compared to one in the big center of the city ? or at least by subcategory , for exemple in education for the 4 different level ? or in health for clinic/hospital, then death care (crematorium and cimetary) , oldcare and childcare ?
For transportation some mods can specified line budget so i was wondering if it exist ... as my english isn't my first language i'm not sure to be able to find it by myself.
It may be several mods....
Also in former sim city game there were that option so I wanted to know if it were transposed in CS1. ...
