+1. I'm always searching for which airbase is missing what plane. The green dot is useless.

Doesn't need a mod.. At least not anymore. Might just have been changed in update.
Double click your air base selects all air bases (Have to be done for each type of air base, so once for tactical, once for air base and once for specialized) and then click reinforce.
The build queue updates to build whatever isn't in your stock.

I know you could always do this, but there are times where it's difficult to go to each of your types of airbases and to just keep clicking "reinforce" over and over again, just wish there was a better way.

Ctrl+A to select all your units.
Click "reinforce".
