"Improved Starbase Design" mod vanished

I was using "Improved Starbase Design (3.14.x)" for my main save and fought all the way to the endgame crisis, only to wake up today to the mod being gone from the workshop and the save file broken (all starbases gone and no way to rebuild them). Does anyone have a backup/fork/other version of this mod? Designable Starbases by Xaneas unfortunately doesn't seem to work as a replacement.

I did find the file on Modbase, but don't have the expertise to turn that back into a workshop item.

so, there's probably a reason for the removal, but in any case. if you want to reupload it, all you have to do is go into the launcher, click "all installed mods" then "upload mod" then "create a mod"

From there you'll give it a name and whatever, what you then have to do is find your newly created folder inside the paradox/stellaris/mods folder in documents.

copy paste all the mod content except the descriptor in there, and then upload it through the launcher. it's very easy

FYI 'Improved Ship Classes' has also been removed in the last 18 hours.

So it's not just me who lost access to those mods! That's three mods just gone from the list: Improved Ship Classes, Improved Ships Downscaled, and Improved Starbase Design. I wonder what happened?
