Could I Import Custom Music Through The Soundpacks Mod?

I'm making on a new level with some DOOM-ish vibes and I'd like different music is there a way to do that with mods like Soundpacks?

you can override the music locally, but you cannot pack a soundpack into a level. The way I've seen situations like this handled is to have a download link to the soundpack in the level's description.
