Is there a 20th century mod / total conversion?

I would envision something like a total conversion with a start date in 1914, before World War I, with all the real-world rulers (emperors, kings, presidents...) of that start year implemented. Is there something like that? Creating it, especially with the fitting character traits and family for each ruler, would need quite a bit of historical knowledge and research though, I assume...

Not until you make one. Otherwise, that PDX game is called "Victoria 3".

Well, Victoria 3 isn't quite the same in terms of game mechanics, dynasties etc., different kind of game, so thanks for the pointer, but it seems (also given the lack of more responses and my own lack of results trying to find something of this kind) that there indeed is no such CK3 conversion yet...
