a lot of times when i try to upload a new mod i made, the game stops halfway at the upload bar and tells me it "failed to update item" and uploads a useless mod that has absolutely nothing inside,
i have tried various solutions; verifying the game files, redownloading the game, clearing the download cache, changing the folder's name and none of it worked.

How can i fix this? sometimes it lets me upload mods and sometimes it doesn't
