Can someone upload to the Workshop an item which would add the 'Keyboard>Advanced' settings to gamepadui?

There is already a ready file which would do this, it just has to be uploaded to the Workshop. The file (and more information) is here: https://github.com/ValveSoftware/Source-1-Games/issues/7414.
