Mod replaces the wrong decal

I installed this mod https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3387346483 which replaces Breen and everything related to him such as decals,stone bust,voice,etc. But 1 mistake that bothered me , is that it replaces one decal wrong; the Resist graffiti with a pack of different posters. In the mods page it shows replacing that specific graffiti but on my play it doesnt, I tried veryfing cache, uninstall/install the game and and addons but it still wont work.

That's just the decal the mod creator chose to replace, there's nothing wrong with your install.

Then probably the author made a mistake while uploading/updating the mod because in the preview images, theres one showing the Resist graffiti near Black Mesa East entrance replaced with the mod´s graffiti but in game it doesnt replace it but instead a pack of posters. I guess I´ll have to deal with it since the mod almost 1 year old without updates

Most likely, though I'm confused how they made that error. I guess they were changing something in the files and renamed the wrong one.
