on the main menu you can find the Mod Viewer at the bottom.
pressing it should open a page listing every mod, make sure they are enabled (blue square) and also check that on the top of the page the button "disable all mods" is unchecked (grey square)
if you had to activate them, restart the game and try again on your savefile

also be sure you are not still playing the demo.

Check the last update time on them. Mods that haven't had an update this year usually don't work. I really want to play with Yar Craft so I can actually smith all the weapon types but it also doesn't work currently.

Modders have their own life and they don't get paid so nothing to be done.
