Fence gates. Where they at?
Am I missing a recipe for them or something? is there some other building work station I need?

fences are just walls
doors are also fence gates.

i think you have to use any kind of door and roleplay its a gate.

You can get them from the 'Wheel' shrine randomly. Or by sleeping.
From complete RNG. So it is best to save often for that.
