Checkpoints help?
Hi, i'm trying to figure out how to place main loop checkpoints, but i'm lost on how it all works.

Also why does it lag when I place some but they aren't connected? Is there a way to ease the lag? Thanks in advance

Oh I'm capable of learning it. I would have to anyways so I just need the help on the specific issue.

But are you able to quickly explain why when I try to make main loops, they make helpers instead? Also the lag explaining would help a bunch.

right click on the helper checkpoint and set to the point "helper"=false
