De-Shadowrun-ification

Is it possible to change spells, abilities, etc. and what they do to eliminate the Shadowrun branding? Thx.

You can change and remove items and abilities, but you can't change the interface or character creator. So, for example, you could make a game without any magic spells available, but you can't remove Spellcasting from the Karma screen, or remove Elves and Dwarves from the character creator. Likewise, you could remove all cyberware items from the game, but you would still see a "Cyberware" screen in the character profile.
