How to get steam workshop mods working?
Used to toggle mods on or off in the launcher; now the launcher is gone and mods do not seem to work. I'm trying to remove the danged ruler reactions with the "disable ruler reaction" mod, but it's not working.

i'm softlocked; please halp

tl;dr: use properties to launch the new mod launcher.
