Sounds like incompatible mods or damaged files to me.
One of your mods, looks like one affecting Templars' and Skirimshers' skill trees, has a typo in.

Redscreen errors like that are thrown for non-game ending errors. You can hide their reporting (the mod will still be bust) with the -noredscreens launch argument

I only have the long war going so I don't know what to really do about this
Really? There's some references to a "necro" with a staff. I think I saw a necromancer mod once.
