they didnt even bother to announce that the workshop had some issues now were in complete blind when will it be able to finish sorry but i am seriously frustrated not to play with my newly added addons..

As I said before, the new workshop server has a connection speed problem. I'm not sure if this affects only on certain regions or all, but the download process of the subscribed mod is very slow. Mods with small size can still load, but mods with the size of some mb or even more than 100 mb will take long time to finish the loading bar. Probably it's just a temporary problem due to the workshop server change, though it's still not sure when Valve will fix it.

No. My internet connection still works fine as usual. I tested by watching some youtube videos recently & no buffer. But last time when I subscribed a custom map with more than 300 mb of size, the mod loading bar took more than 5 minutes to fill to max. & until now I still get ugc server error when trying to open my mod on Workshop Manager.

So I think the problem lies on the new workshop server. & all we can do is waiting until Valve fixes it completely
