OUT OF MEMORY After Update MOD DEVELOPMENTS

I need help,

when trying to debug any map in DOTA TOLLS, it simply goes OUT OF MEMORY

I tested using the Dota map itself, and it simply doesn't debug.

When the debug works (rarely)
the game simply CLOSES (without any error in the console)

I tested on several different machines and regions
