Control Amount of Necromancer Slabs

Is there any way to mob the game so that only 1 Necromancer Slab will ever appear in-game? I want Necromancers to be rarer and for them all to have a common line originated from an original master.

I know changing the amount of secret types won't do anything since that just switches on whether Necromancers are on or not.

I thought I saw a workshop mod that might do something like that. Necromancy something or something Necromancy. Try searching the word Necromancy, you'll likely see what I'm talking about. It makes it not random, if I understand right. So that could be a way to get what you want.
