I was planning on polishing the code before pushing it to the workshop, but I've mostly given up on modding this game since. I'm happy to share it with you in its current state, though.
The only thing that doesn't scale along with the rest is the UI dragger, so you have to imagine where it would be and click-drag on that to move the stopwatch.
I'll upload it and link it here by tomorrow.
Can the current stop watch have a different selection for the hands?
- Say a glow in the dark strip on each hand.
- Is the stop watch element code broken down to list the display, style, colour?
I do know there are a few Mods that change many dials and devices to cleaner and more detailed faces, often increasing the size . Just a bit.

Should be working right out the box. Scales the stopwatch to double the size, as I said before.
The UI dragger is where it would be were the element its original size. If you want to drag around the stopwatch, you need to click there. I think it's around the "Junghans" inscription at the bottom, or at around the center of the minute handle at the top. But you'll figure that out.
Let me know if you're having trouble with anything.
