I have legitimately spent like, 5+ hours trying to fix this. I have tried verifying files. I've tried uninstalling. I've reset steam. I've unsubscribed. I even tried to download them ONE BY ONE, starting with HARMONY OF ALL THINGS and even it won't download. I cut 40+ mods that used to work until I tried to add prepare carefully. (also removed.) I have Ideology and Biotech - both DLCs work. Core game works. Either the mods are stuck downloading in the modlist, or the game crashes at INITIALIZING. Please help, this has driven me insane the week of my bday of all days. I am willing to share my current modlist as well if it can help. I am not very tech savvy, but I do know a few things.
