Noodle dragon? Only dragon type race I know of is the dragonian, which requires Humanoid Alien Races.

They had body similar to a ferret and the tail looked like a fluffy long squirrel tail

They kind of look like a mix between pillux, Jaguar and Snow Leopard Xenotypes mod, and Lamia race, only there bodies were built more like a ferrets and had a extra long tail. They kind of had horns and spots on their fur, they had noodle like bodies with hands on the chest and feet near their tail. they even looked this way in game. Again, I think the author deleted the mod. SO I haven't been able to find it. But I know it existed.
