Any way to make tarrain truly impassible or walls indestructible?
Hello, I want to start a medieval rimworld playthrough and want to roleplay as a group in a Castle. My Immersion was shattered by raiders swimming through my moats, breaking through stone walls with bone clubs, and stabbing my archer through an embrasure.

I looked for mods but I couldn't find anything useful to me, so here my question:

Is there any way of disabling swimming for everybody, or create no-trespass-zones that even enemies won't enter? Or maybe a special invisible building I can put over the water that blocks movement?

And I feel like hitpoints of walls, at least for medieval purposes, are at ~2% of where they should be, is there ways/mods to make them MUCH sturdier, or even impervious to garbage weapons like knives and clubs?

Changes walls so that only breaching weapons have a real chance at getting through.

As for the water, try out one of the terraforming mods and make the moat from deep water so no one can swim through it. Only real way to do that, or just use dev mode to place deep water manually, which is definitely a bit cheesy.

Thank you so much for the mod, it looks just like what I need! As for the deep water, I didn't even know pawns could not swim through that, makes no sense really, but whi am I to complain? I will place them over the moat I dug, I don't mind it's cheesy, it's even more cheesy for them to swim through it in full plate armor lol
Pawns aren't really 'swimming', they're wading through shallow or chest-high water. Deep water is sufficiently deep that it would require actual swimming, which obviously isn't going to happen while wearing plate armour, lol. It's an abstraction/simplification that works for gameplay purposes :)

Oh, and if you've not used the dev function before, search for 'rectangle', it's a fill tool for placing any terrain you like. Then just search for deep water for the type to place.
