RH2 development stopped?
Why none of RH2 mods were updated to 1.6?

You might want to check again. Several of them were updated earlier.

It takes time for modders to update some of these things, especially those like Mile or the RH dev who have dozens of mods under their umbrella, they got allot of stuff to do. Gotta be patient. They do this for free. xd.
