I mean, I know there are mods out there that make specific factions wear specific clother, but is there a mod that adds distinct faces without changing a race? I mean, all nations have slightly different recognizable looks in real life.

ideal case: we have tons of different flavors of facial animations etc – it would be great to be able to bind them to some specific factions, if needed. a tool to bind looks in short.
