Is there a mod that allows to recruit all previous unit tiers after upgrades?

I still want to use ♥♥♥♥ tier inf and cav, they are pretty and useful.

You can't remove technology unit upgrades without ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ up garrisons (and thus have to re-do all garrisons in the game from scratch, which is just the worst kind of tedium). So, my guess is no.

Well i didnt found it either and remembered why i switched to rome 2. Tx.
